In most cases, we are able to have repairs and staging done within 2-3 weeks after signing the contract.
The Baumann Group pays the contracted professionals directly
If you are not home, someone from our team will meet them there. However, we don't supervise nor take on liability for work performed by contracted professionals.
Yes. Our contract is a personal loan, to be paid back at close of escrow. If escrow doesn't close, then it is due within two weeks, subject to interest.
We do not charge any interest or any fees for advancing costs, so long as the home closes and we are reimbursed at closing.
